I am a landlord and my rental in Viera was recently vacated, will this make a difference to my insurance policy?
Vacant dwellings do need special coverage. Depending on your policy you will have 30-60 days to find a new tenant before having to change your coverage. You will need to check with your agent to verify the timeframe your policy requires tenancy to resume.
